The individual particles containing beta -carotene are finely dispersed in carbohydrates.Dl-alpha-tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate are added as antioxidants. As a yellow coloration agent or as a nutritive supplement for beverage, water based foods, bread, dairy products, ice-cream, etc.

3.Storage:When stored in a cool dry place in the unopened original container, shelf life is 24 months after the date of manufacture. It should be protected from light, heat, oxygen and moisture.
